The Barclays app

Registration on the Barclays app is open to individuals aged 16 and above with a UK-registered mobile number and a UK Barclays current account or Barclaycard. The process requires the 16-digit number from your card, and you will be guided through the registration steps. Some customers may need to verify their identity using PINsentry or at a Barclays cash machine.

For those with an activation code, registration can be completed following the onscreen instructions without the need for PINsentry.

Once set up, logging in only requires your 5-digit passcode. You can then enhance security and convenience by setting up Touch ID or Face ID for future logins.

• Use Mobile PINsentry (activation may take up to 4 days for security checks)
• Directly call an adviser from within the app
• View your current accounts held with other banks in one app, eliminating the need for multiple logins*
• Accessibility accreditation by AbilityNet for our iPhone app

For Business Accounts:

The Barclays app is available only to sole-signatory Barclays Business current account holders. Barclaycard business or corporate credit cards cannot be registered on the app.

The Barclays app is provided by either Barclays Bank UK PLC or Barclays Bank PLC, depending on the entity you have contracted with for banking services. Please refer to your bank documents (terms and conditions, statements, etc.) to confirm the legal entity that provides banking services to you.
